Luxe Mobile Car Spa (ABN 23 610 296 318), "we", respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Details about your vehicle and the service you want
• The address or location where we'll do the job
• For gift cards: the recipient's name, delivery preference and any personal message
• Anything else you choose to tell us in a message, call, text or email

We don't collect card numbers ourselves. Card payments are handled by our payment provider.

How we collect it

When you fill in a form on our website, call, text or email us, message us on social media, or book and pay for a service.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote
• To arrange, carry out and follow up on your booking
• To process payments, invoices, prepaid plans and gift cards
• To keep business and tax records
• To ask for feedback or a review after a job. You can tell us any time if you'd rather not hear from us.

We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the business, and they handle some of your information on our behalf:

• Netlify: hosts our website and receives website form submissions
• Google Workspace: our business email
• Square: payments, invoices and customer records
• Xero: accounting and invoicing

Some of these providers may store information on servers outside Australia, such as in the United States. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Our website

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts and can show an embedded Google Map. When it does, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how many people send an enquiry. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit. We don't use this to identify you, and we don't use advertising cookies. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we only keep it as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email contact@luxemobilecarspa.com.au or call 0401 618 918.
